Thandie's a dog's best friend |

 Hollywood actress Thandie Newton has adopted a rescue dog from a home in London.
The Pursuit of Happyness star is now looking after Maggie after she spotted him at the Dogs Trust Rehoming Centre, in Uxbridge.
The puppy is from a litter that came to the Rehoming Centre after their owner was unable to look after them.
Dogs Trust is the UK's largest dog welfare charity, caring for over 15,000 stray or abandoned dogs every year.
